Our Trips

Every year, one destination. Chosen because it's extraordinary, off the map, and unlike anything you've done before.

We don't offer a catalogue of trips. We curate one journey per year — researched deeply, planned obsessively, and designed to take you somewhere most travelers will never find.

This year, we're going to Hungary, Europe.

Your Week in Hungary, Europe

Seven days. A lifetime of memories.

Here's what your week looks like — though the best moments, as always, will be the ones nobody planned.

Day 1
Welcome to Budapest

Your journey begins the moment you land. A private transfer takes you straight to your hotel in the heart of one of Europe's most beautiful and storied cities. We know you've traveled far — tonight is intentionally unhurried. Rest, settle in, and exhale. But if you're feeling adventurous, we'll be right there. We're happy to walk you through the historic city center, point you toward a perfect dinner down a cobblestone side street, or simply share a drink and help you get your bearings.

Day 2
Into the Countryside

Leave the city behind. This morning you'll make your way through the Hungarian countryside to the charming riverside town of Vác — your home for the next five days. Check into your boutique hotel, let the cobblestone streets draw you out for a wander, and let the pace of a slower, more beautiful world begin to settle in. Tonight is yours.

Day 3
Esztergom & Nagymaros

Today you step into a thousand years of Hungarian history. Esztergom is the birthplace of the Hungarian nation — and one of its most overlooked treasures. Most visitors to Hungary never make it here, which is exactly why we do. The city has a scale and a grandeur that surprises people — a magnificent basilica rising above the Danube that rivals anything in Vienna or Prague, a castle district full of centuries-old stories, and a quiet cobblestone city center that moves at its own unhurried pace. Wander with your local guide, duck into doorways, linger over lunch at a table most tourists will never find. Then, as the afternoon light turns golden, we cross the river to the tiny village of Nagymaros — barely a dot on the map, completely extraordinary. Tonight's dinner is a luxurious, intimate affair in a setting that feels like it exists for evenings like this one.

Day 4
The Island & Papi Farm

After yesterday's grand sweep of history, today slows down beautifully. This morning we take a short ferry crossing to Szentendre Island — a quiet, unhurried world of river views, country roads, and farmland that feels completely removed from everything. Your destination is Papi Farm, one of the most extraordinary hidden gems in all of Hungary. This is not a tourist attraction — it's a working regenerative farm with a kitchen that has earned a devoted following among those lucky enough to find it. We've arranged an exclusive tour of the farm itself, where you'll discover the remarkable creativity and innovation behind their farm-to-table approach — the way they grow, the way they think about food, and the way they've built something truly rare. Then sit down to an exceptional lunch where everything on your plate tells a story. The rest of the day is yours to wander the island at your own pace — follow a road, find the river, let the afternoon take you wherever it wants. We'll end the evening back in Vác with a light dinner, good conversation, and the kind of quiet that only a small Hungarian town can offer.

Day 5
Szentendre & Visegrád

Today is pure delight. Szentendre is one of those towns that stops you in your tracks — a colorful, cobblestoned artist village perched along the Danube, full of independent galleries, artisan shops, and the kind of charming boutiques that make Budapest's souvenir market feel like an airport gift shop. Browse at your own pace, find something beautiful to take home, and sit down for lunch at one of the area's remarkable restaurants — this stretch of the Danube punches well above its weight, with Michelin-recognized kitchens and intimate local spots that will rank among the best meals of your year, not just your trip. Then we make our way to Visegrád — a medieval castle dramatically perched above the river bend with views that explain why Hungarian kings once chose to rule from here. Your local guide brings the history to life in a way no guidebook ever could. The afternoon ends at the local thermal baths — the perfect way to let the day melt away before the drive back to Vác.

Day 6
Your Day, Your Way

Your last full day is shaped by your group. Before the trip even begins, we'll talk with everyone to find out what sounds most exciting for that final day together — then we'll make it happen. Some options may be: A long, unhurried afternoon at the Orosz Gyula Family Winery in Etyek — a small, deeply personal family operation tucked into rolling wine country just outside Budapest, where lunch among the vines and something extraordinary in your glass is the only agenda. A final exploration of the region's hidden historic villages — there are side roads we haven't taken yet, and every one of them leads somewhere worth finding. A leisurely bike ride through the Hungarian countryside — river paths, quiet farmland, and a pace that lets the landscape sink in. Or simply a slow, easy final morning in Vác — wandering, sitting at a café, revisiting a favorite spot before we go. However your group chooses to spend it, the day ends in Budapest — one final dinner together in the city where it all began, and the quiet, full feeling of a week well lived.

Day 7
Farewell for Now

No two departures look the same, and that's exactly how we've planned it. Your hotel in Budapest is yours for the full day — sleep in, order breakfast, and take the morning at your own pace. If time allows, we'd love to show you the Pest side of the city — a different energy from where you started the week, with grand boulevards, iconic market halls, and a riverside promenade that deserves more than a passing glance. When your moment comes, a private car will be waiting to take you to the airport — timed to your flight, handled completely. No scrambling, no guessing, no shared shuttles. Just a smooth, personal send-off from a country that has a way of staying with you long after you leave.
