Cancellation Policy

We believe in being fair.

Within 14 days of booking
Full refund — no questions asked.
90+ days before departure
First installment forfeited — remainder refunded.
60–89 days before departure
First two installments forfeited — third refunded.
Under 60 days before departure
No refund — costs are fully committed by this point.
Documented medical emergency
Refund issued minus actual costs already incurred. We'll always do right by you.
